Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ReplayCatch mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using ReplayCatch to stream to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Service Description

ReplayCatch is a mobile application that allows you to live stream and record sports games. The service leverages the scoreboard data from Teamthy.com to automatically generate highlight clips and slow-motion replays, and automatically upload the content to a linked YouTube account via YouTube API Services.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security through your associated Teamthy.com account.
  • You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you stream, record, and upload. You must have the legal rights to the sports games and content you are broadcasting.
  • You must comply with all relevant laws and third-party policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high service availability, but the application's functionality is dependent on your device, internet connection, and the availability of third-party services like Teamthy.com and YouTube.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.
  • We are not liable for any service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

  • The ReplayCatch application and all of its functionality remain the property of Teamthy Inc.
  • You retain all rights to the video content you create and upload using the app.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
  • Loss of data or service interruptions.
  • Third-party actions or content, including data handling by Teamthy.com or YouTube.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates, as continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
